Where simplicity meets sophistication, and earth meets home.
You've stayed in polished resorts and experienced the glossy side of comfort. Yet somewhere along the way, a quiet realization surfaced—that something essential was missing: a sense of belonging, a connection to what's real, rooted, and alive.
Sirobadi House is shaped for people like you—well-travelled, thoughtful, aware. Those who have experienced polished hospitality and grand lobbies, and quietly moved beyond them. Those who understand that real luxury has little to do with labels or spectacle, and everything to do with calm, honesty, and connection.
We believe in comfort without excess, in elegance that doesn't demand attention. The house is genuinely refined—carefully designed, deeply cared for—but it chooses restraint over display. It doesn't announce itself. It settles in. It feels at home.
"Luxury is not about more. It's about meaning."
This isn't a destination for posed moments or borrowed status. It's for those who've already done the arriving—within—and are now ready to slow down, exhale, and simply be.
Our kitchen draws from Uttarakhand's culinary traditions. Meals are prepared using locally sourced ingredients, time-honoured recipes, and a mindful respect for the land that nourishes both food and people.
Your room is shaped for ease and rest—well-chosen linens, considered lighting, and modern amenities that simply work. No excess, no performance. Just what matters, thoughtfully in place.
Wake to birdsong. Walk forest paths. Observe wildlife as it moves through its own rhythm. Here, nature isn't a backdrop—you're gently part of it.

Sirobadi House sits on the quieter side of Corbett Tiger Reserve—approached through Kotdwar and Dugadda, into the lesser-explored landscapes of Kalagarh Tiger Reserve. This is a more rustic corridor, still unfolding, where tourism hasn't yet softened the edges. Just ten minutes from the Vatanavasa Gate, and Lansdowne reachable in just a short 30 minute drive, the location offers a rare balance—close enough to access, distant enough to remain untouched.
The Himalayan landscape shapes everything here. The colors, the silence, the air, the light. When you're here, you're not escaping the world—you're returning to it.
Elevation • Silence • Belonging

These illustrations capture the mood and intent of the spaces taking form. The rest is meant to be experienced, not previewed.

A king-sized bed with well-chosen linens. Reading lights that do their job. Windows opening to forest views. And a rare, unbroken quiet.
Seasonal dishes rooted in local cooking. Ingredients sourced close by. Shared tables when the moment allows.
Forest paths. Birdlife at eye level. Village walks. Morning yoga. Or the simple act of doing nothing at all.
Unhurried. Considered. Entirely yours. No fixed timelines. No curated agenda. Just room to slow down and breathe.
If this resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you. No hard sell. No pressure. Just a conversation about whether Sirobadi House might be the right place for your next retreat.
Sirobadi House is currently taking shape. We will begin welcoming guests from May 2026, when the spaces are ready to be lived in, not just seen.
